His love for jazz, funk, and blues however was instilled in him much earlier. Oscar Peterson, Shirley Horn, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Tony Joe White, and many more of the greats sounded through the speakers of his childhood home. Playing with many inspiring musicians live on stage throughout his teenage years made him decide to dedicate his life to music. After finishing his Jazz studies in The Netherlands, he moved to London for new musical adventures. After 6 years of living in London, playing gigs, and running a guitar shop in the West End, Joost Bob launched his very first record named Times, in 2019. Now he’s back in The Netherlands, Amsterdam.
